Barwon Heads Caravan Park

The Barwon Heads nestles beside the Barwon River at the river mouth with all sites within minutes of the River beach and a short walk to the ocean beaches. Within the caravan park there is a great range of 4 Star accommodation, including 2Br Beach houses, 1Br Heritage Boat House, and new deluxe 3Br & 2Br cabins. Other accommodation includes 3.5 Star 2Br cabins and 3 Star 1Br cabins, plus a variety of camping sites, many with ocean views. You can even stay in Laura’s Cottage, one of the iconic places featured in the popular ABC TV series ‘Sea Change’.

You can take in the famous bridge, jetty and fabulous views up the river estuary or across the bay to Port Philip Heads.

The Barwon Heads Caravan Park has received a 4 Star rating from AAA Tourism (peak industry body), and is accredited with the Caravan Industry Association.

Most of the amenity blocks within the caravan park have been upgraded in recent years, and as part of our water saving strategy most are now connected to tank water for toilet flushing.

Within a few minutes walk of the park are many cafes, both on the river frontage and in the town main street, whilst there are also 3 golf courses, 2 bowling clubs, tennis courts etc. within a five minutes drive

With fishing, surfing, swimming, and cycling all at the caravan park’s doorstep, come on in and enjoy.
